Customer relationship management (CRM) is customer oriented and aims at building better customer experience as well as improving work efficiency. People habitually pay their attention to CRM in marketing and finance industries. Different recruitment delivered by institutions can be arranged well to increase productivity and performance. Students also can find their favorable job through the analysis of CRM, which saves a lot of time to decide which recruitment they want to attend.

In fact, the higher education CRM has been applied in some universities. Students' college life changed a lot with its help. We believe CRM will be everything in the future.
